We all know HARO can be a great source of PR opportunities, but sometimes it feels like it's always the same outlets. We look back on the last six months of HARO at the biggest, smallest and best outlets.

This article is part of our ongoing series on HARO.

The Big Players

The Top 25 named Outlets on HARO are responsible for a little over 25% of all queries in the newsletter. When you factor in "Anonymous" with a further 8.91% of queries, then about 1/3rd of queries offer minimal ROI after you've won backlinks from them.

It's also worth noting that many of these outlets are also posting queries on Qwoted and ProfNet, among others, so they are heavy users of HARO-like services.

The Small Players

Here's the thing: plenty of great outlets use HARO, but just not as frequently. The following top outlets have only asked for queries one to three times in the last six months. These are prime examples of why maintaining consistency is so important with HARO. We've ranked these outlets by domain authority.
